At Foamseal Solar we strive to deliver the best system for your business, installed with the minimum disruption and offering great financial returns with minimal ongoing management.To take full advantage of the current Feed-in Tariff (FIT) the optimum sized system is just under 50kWp. A system of this size requires a minimum of 380m² of roof space. This includes 342m² for the panels and 38m² for the service walkways around the individual panel arrays (clusters). Ideally south-facing, but south-east or south-west facing will also generate excellent returns on your investment.

Homeowners
We are dedicated to simplifying solar technology, insulation and other renewable energy systems and to providing a cost-effective solar solution for your home. The optimum size system for domestic homes is just under 4kw. This maximises the return from the existing Feed-in Tariff (FIT) and has the fastest return on investment – approximately 10 years.You will need about 26m² of south-facing roof space. South-west or south-east facing roofs are also efficient and only experience a 4% loss in efficiency compared to due south. This is on the basis of a 3.99 kW system and approximately 16 panels. Where space is a premium, smaller-sized roof space with more efficient panels can also provide excellent returns.
